Is the packaging discreet? Yes! We value your privacy. All Norvelis orders are shipped in plain, secure packaging to ensure your beauty secrets are safe with us.
Can I track my package? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your Norvelis wig right to your door.
Product & Care
Can I use heat on my Norvelis wig? Our human hair wigs and "Heat-Friendly" synthetic collections can be styled with heat tools (up to 320°F/160°C). We recommend checking the specific product description before applying heat.
How do I wash my wig? To keep your hair looking fresh, we recommend washing your wig after 10-15 wears. Use lukewarm water and wig-specific shampoo. Avoid scrubbing; instead, gently dip and rinse, then air dry on a wig stand to maintain the shape.
Does one size fit all? Most of our wigs come with an average cap size (approx. 22 inches) and feature adjustable straps and combs inside to ensure a snug, secure fit for most head shapes.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? We want you to love your hair! For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unworn, uncut (lace must remain intact), and unstyled wigs in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
